Affiliate Program

Earn commissions by introducing qualified customers to Vorzex Labs. Applications are reviewed individually and approval is required before participation.

How the program works

1. Submit the application below. Submission does not guarantee acceptance.
2. Approved affiliates receive a unique referral link and an assigned 10% customer referral coupon. Either method can track eligible sales.
3. Eligible purchases are tracked for 30 days after a referral-link visit. The most recent valid affiliate referral receives credit.
4. Commissions remain pending for a 45-day validation period and become payout-eligible once the approved balance reaches $50.

Affiliate Program Terms

1. Enrollment and approval

Applicants must provide complete and accurate information and must be at least 18 years old. Vorzex Labs may approve, reject, suspend, or terminate an application or account at its discretion. Affiliate status does not begin until written or dashboard confirmation of approval is provided.

2. Referral tracking

Approved affiliates may use their assigned referral link and any coupon specifically assigned by Vorzex Labs. Referral links use a 30-day tracking window. Where more than one valid affiliate referral exists, the most recent affiliate receives attribution. Tracking may be unavailable when a customer blocks cookies, changes devices or browsers, clears browser data, or otherwise prevents attribution. Vorzex Labs records control in the event of a tracking dispute.

3. Commission rates and advancement

The starting commission is 8%. The rate increases to 12% for future eligible referrals after an affiliate reaches $2,500 in cumulative validated eligible referral revenue, and to 15% for future eligible referrals after reaching $8,000. Revenue totals do not reset monthly. Tier increases are not retroactive and do not recalculate earlier referrals.

4. Eligible commission amount

Commission is calculated on eligible product merchandise subtotal after discounts, excluding shipping, taxes, fees, refunds, credits, and nonqualifying items. VIP products may qualify, but their restricted visibility and access rules remain in effect. Automatic eligible-vial volume discounts may apply before commission is calculated.

5. Welcome offer and coupon restrictions

The assigned affiliate coupon provides customers with 10% off eligible products. It cannot be combined with other coupon codes, but it may be used alongside automatic eligible-vial volume pricing. Affiliate attribution cannot be combined with the Vorzex Labs 15% first-order welcome offer. When an affiliate link or assigned affiliate coupon is used, the welcome discount is disabled. Coupons may not be altered, duplicated, published to coupon aggregation sites, or represented as generally available unless Vorzex Labs provides written authorization.

6. Validation, reversals, and payouts

Commissions are subject to a 45-day validation period. Cancelled, refunded, charged-back, fraudulent, self-referred, duplicate, unpaid, or otherwise ineligible orders earn no commission and may be reversed. Payouts are reviewed and issued manually on the program’s payment schedule after the approved balance reaches $50. Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment and tax information. U.S. affiliates must provide a completed Form W-9 before their first payout when requested.

7. Required disclosures

Affiliates must clearly and conspicuously disclose their material relationship with Vorzex Labs anywhere they promote the company or its products. Disclosures must be easy to notice and understand and placed with the endorsement or promotional content. Affiliates must comply with the FTC Endorsement Guides and all other applicable advertising, privacy, email, platform, and consumer-protection requirements.

8. Research-use and promotional standards

Vorzex Labs products are offered for legitimate in-vitro laboratory research use only. Affiliates may not promote any product for human or veterinary use, consumption, diagnosis, treatment, prevention, cure, weight loss, bodybuilding, performance enhancement, self-administration, or any other therapeutic or clinical purpose. Affiliates may not provide dosing, reconstitution, administration, or medical-use instructions; make unsupported safety, purity, efficacy, or outcome claims; or target consumers seeking personal use.

9. Prohibited promotion methods

Affiliates may not use false or misleading statements, spam, unsolicited commercial messages, deceptive redirects, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, adware, malware, trademark bidding, domain impersonation, unauthorized paid search advertising, fake reviews, or content that infringes third-party rights. Affiliates may not present themselves as Vorzex Labs employees, agents, authorized distributors, medical professionals, or representatives.

10. Brand and content

Vorzex Labs names, logos, images, and supplied marketing materials remain the property of Vorzex Labs. Approved materials may be used only for participation in the program and must not be modified in a misleading way. Affiliates must promptly remove or correct content at our request. No ownership rights are transferred.

11. VIP and confidential materials

Participation does not automatically grant VIP access. Affiliates must not publicly reveal restricted products, pricing, pages, documents, or other nonpublic information obtained through VIP or account access without prior written authorization.

12. Independent relationship

Affiliates act as independent contractors and are not employees, partners, franchisees, or agents of Strategic11 LLC dba Vorzex Labs. Affiliates have no authority to bind Vorzex Labs or make commitments on its behalf and are responsible for their own expenses, taxes, licenses, and legal compliance.

13. Suspension, termination, and changes

Either party may end participation at any time. Vorzex Labs may suspend tracking, withhold disputed amounts, reverse commissions, or terminate participation for suspected abuse or violation of these terms. Validated commissions earned before termination may remain payable unless connected to prohibited activity. Vorzex Labs may update the program, rates, eligibility rules, or these terms prospectively by posting revised terms or providing notice.

14. Limitation and governing law

The program and tracking tools are provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or any minimum earnings. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vorzex Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from the program. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
