1. Purpose, Scope, and Relationship to Other Policies

This Research Use Policy explains the intended-use framework, purchaser responsibilities, handling expectations, and communication standards that Strategic11 LLC, doing business as Vorzex Labs (collectively, “Vorzex Labs,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), applies to products identified as intended for laboratory research use only.

2. Intended Use

Products that Vorzex Labs expressly identifies as “for research use only” are offered solely for legitimate, controlled, non-clinical laboratory research by qualified purchasers who can lawfully acquire, store, handle, and use them. They are not offered for personal, household, consumer, clinical, diagnostic, therapeutic, preventive, performance, or veterinary use.

A product’s intended use is informed by the entire context in which it is offered and distributed, including its identity, composition, labeling, specifications, accompanying materials, website content, customer communications, advertising, and reasonably foreseeable use. No isolated statement in this Policy changes that broader assessment.

3. Laboratory and Research Use Only

3.1 Permitted Context

A research-use product may be used only within a lawful laboratory or comparable controlled research setting, under appropriate written procedures, supervision, facilities, equipment, training, and risk controls. A purchaser must independently determine whether a proposed research activity requires institutional approval, permits, licenses, registrations, ethics review, biosafety review, waste-disposal arrangements, or other authorization.

3.2 Excluded Uses

Unless a product is separately and expressly authorized, labeled, and sold by an appropriately authorized entity for another use, Vorzex Labs research-use products must not be:

• administered, applied, ingested, inhaled, implanted, injected, or otherwise introduced into or onto any human or animal;
• used to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease, injury, condition, or symptom;
• used to affect human or animal structure, function, appearance, performance, recovery, or well-being;
• used in clinical care, patient management, veterinary care, compounding, food, cosmetics, dietary supplements, or household products;
• resold, relabeled, repackaged, promoted, or supplied in a manner that states or implies any excluded use; or
• used in violation of product documentation, facility rules, shipping restrictions, or applicable law.

4. Customer Eligibility and Responsibilities

Purchasers must be at least 18 years old, located in the United States, and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. Vorzex Labs may impose additional eligibility requirements, decline or cancel an order, request supporting information, or restrict access when reasonably necessary for compliance, safety, fraud prevention, or policy enforcement, subject to applicable law and the Terms & Conditions.

Each purchaser is responsible for independently evaluating whether the purchaser and the proposed transaction are lawful and appropriate. At minimum, the purchaser is responsible for:

• maintaining competent personnel, appropriate facilities, documented procedures, and suitable protective equipment;
• reviewing the product label, specifications, available Safety Data Sheet or comparable safety information, and available batch documentation before handling;
• performing an independent risk assessment for the proposed research protocol;
• preventing access by children, unauthorized persons, patients, consumers, and animals;
• maintaining lawful storage, inventory, chain-of-custody, incident, and disposal records; and
• stopping work and obtaining qualified assistance if product identity, condition, documentation, or handling requirements are uncertain.

5. Purchaser Representations

By ordering, accepting delivery of, accessing documentation for, or using a product identified for research use only, the purchaser represents and warrants that:

• all information provided to Vorzex Labs is accurate, current, and complete;
• the purchaser is acquiring the product only for a lawful, legitimate, non-clinical research purpose;
• the purchaser has the training, facilities, supervision, and authority appropriate to the proposed activity;
• the product will not be used, supplied, recommended, or represented for human or veterinary use;
• the purchaser will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, orders, permits, and institutional requirements; and
• the purchaser will not rely on this Policy, website content, a label, or a COA as legal, medical, safety, or protocol advice.

Vorzex Labs may request reasonable confirmation of these representations. Acceptance of an order does not constitute a Company determination that the purchaser’s proposed activity is lawful, safe, scientifically valid, or suitable.

6. Storage Recommendations

Storage instructions, where provided, are product-specific handling information and should be followed together with the product label and accompanying documentation. Generic website statements do not override product-specific instructions.

• Store products in secured, access-controlled areas appropriate to the material and the research facility.
• Protect products from conditions identified in the applicable product documentation, which may include heat, light, moisture, contamination, freezing, vibration, or repeated temperature cycling.
• Maintain temperature and inventory records when required by the protocol, facility procedures, product documentation, or applicable law.
• Keep products in their original, clearly identified containers unless a documented research procedure requires transfer.
• Segregate quarantined, damaged, expired, returned, or questionable material from usable inventory.

7. Handling Recommendations

Only trained and authorized personnel should handle research-use products. Purchasers should use a written, product-appropriate risk assessment and applicable laboratory procedures rather than relying on generalized website content.

• Inspect the outer package, seals, container, label, batch identifier, and accompanying documents upon receipt.
• Use suitable engineering controls, personal protective equipment, contamination controls, measuring equipment, and waste procedures based on a qualified assessment.
• Do not taste, smell, self-administer, or intentionally expose any person or animal to a research-use product.
• Do not assume a product is sterile, nonhazardous, nonallergenic, endotoxin-free, pathogen-free, pharmaceutical grade, or suitable for a particular procedure unless an expressly applicable, verified specification states that fact.
• Avoid cross-contamination and unauthorized transfer; document any subdivision, recontainerization, or internal distribution.
• Dispose of unused material, contaminated items, and packaging in accordance with the material, facility procedures, and applicable law.

In the event of an exposure, spill, suspected contamination, or other urgent incident, follow the facility’s emergency procedures and contact appropriate emergency, poison-control, occupational-health, environmental, or regulatory resources. Vorzex Labs does not provide emergency medical or hazardous-material response services.

8. Product Integrity and Chain of Custody

Product integrity can be affected by shipping, receipt, storage, access, handling, transfer, testing, reconstitution, contamination, relabeling, and other events after a product leaves Vorzex Labs’ control. Purchasers should preserve a documented chain of custody appropriate to their work.

• Record the date and condition of delivery, carrier tracking, lot or batch number, quantity, container condition, and identity of the receiving person.
• Photograph and quarantine any shipment that appears damaged, opened, leaking, mislabeled, temperature-compromised, or inconsistent with the order.
• Use tamper-evident and access-control practices where appropriate.
• Do not combine lots or obscure original batch identifiers.
• Document each internal transfer and any change in container, label, condition, or storage location.
• Retain relevant ordering, shipping, product, batch, and incident records for the period required by law and facility policy.

Because Vorzex Labs cannot control conditions after delivery, Company review of a concern does not establish the cause of any alleged defect or confirm continued product integrity. The Shipping Policy and Returns & Refund Policy govern available remedies, subject to applicable law.

9. Certificates of Analysis and Product Documentation

A Certificate of Analysis (“COA”), when available, is batch-specific documentation reporting identified tests, methods, specifications, and results as stated on that document. Purchasers must confirm that the product name and batch or lot identifier on the COA match the product in hand and should review the complete document, including test methods, units, limits, dates, laboratory identity, qualifications, and notes.

A COA is limited to the scope, sample, methods, conditions, and results stated. Unless the document expressly and accurately establishes otherwise, a COA does not:

• constitute FDA approval, clearance, authorization, registration, endorsement, or a legal classification;
• establish that a product is lawful to market, sell, possess, or use in any jurisdiction;
• guarantee identity, purity, potency, concentration, sterility, stability, safety, efficacy, or fitness for a particular purpose;
• establish that a sampled unit is representative of every unit or that conditions remained unchanged after testing; or
• replace the purchaser’s own verification, validation, risk assessment, or legal and scientific review.

Questions about a COA, an apparent mismatch, missing documentation, or an unusual result should be reported before the product is opened or used. Vorzex Labs may correct administrative errors, provide clarifying documentation, or investigate a concern without admitting a defect or legal obligation.

10. Compliance With Applicable Law

Purchasers are solely responsible for identifying and complying with all federal, state, and local requirements applicable to their identity, location, facility, transaction, possession, protocol, storage, handling, transport, transfer, reporting, and disposal. Requirements may vary by product, jurisdiction, institution, and intended activity and may change over time.

Vorzex Labs does not represent that a product is lawful, exempt, unregulated, generally recognized as safe, approved, cleared, authorized, registered, or suitable for sale or use merely because it appears on the website, is available for purchase, bears a research-use statement, or has a COA. The Company may restrict or discontinue products, destinations, accounts, or transactions when it considers that action appropriate, but does not assume the purchaser’s compliance duties.

11. No Medical Advice or Product Claims

11.1 No Medical, Veterinary, or Professional Advice

Website content, customer-service communications, product documentation, and this Policy are provided for general business and product-information purposes. They are not medical, veterinary, pharmaceutical, clinical, legal, regulatory, scientific-protocol, biosafety, or other professional advice. Vorzex Labs does not diagnose conditions, recommend treatment, prescribe products, or advise on administration, dosage, cycling, reconstitution for administration, or personal outcomes.

11.2 No Therapeutic, Diagnostic, Preventive, or Performance Claims

Vorzex Labs does not make or adopt any claim that a research-use product is safe or effective for humans or animals or can diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent disease; affect structure or function; improve appearance, recovery, longevity, wellness, or performance; or produce any personal result. Scientific literature, third-party statements, customer content, testimonials, hyperlinks, search terms, images, or product names must not be interpreted as Company endorsement of such a claim.

11.3 No Human or Veterinary Marketing

No person may market, advertise, relabel, resell, recommend, distribute, or otherwise represent Vorzex Labs research-use products for human or veterinary use unless the product and activity are separately authorized under applicable law and Vorzex Labs has provided express written authorization for that specific channel and representation. A purchaser may not remove, conceal, contradict, or undermine intended-use statements or use Company materials to support an unauthorized claim.

12. Safe and Lawful Handling Is the User’s Responsibility

The purchaser and each user control the research environment and are responsible for the safe and lawful receipt, storage, handling, use, transfer, and disposal of products. That responsibility includes selecting competent personnel, verifying product and documentation, assessing hazards, controlling access, responding to incidents, and determining whether a product is fit for the user’s specific non-clinical research protocol.

Nothing in this Policy transfers to Vorzex Labs the responsibilities of a laboratory director, principal investigator, employer, institution, safety officer, regulated professional, carrier, reseller, or governmental authority. Any contractual allocation of risk, disclaimer of warranties, limitation of liability, indemnification, or dispute provision is stated in the Terms & Conditions and applies to the extent permitted by law.

13. Reporting Product Concerns

Report a product concern promptly to support@vorzexlabs.com when the concern involves labeling, intended use, safety, diversion, unauthorized marketing, or regulatory issues. Include, where available:

• order number and purchase date;
• product name, quantity, and batch or lot number;
• photographs of the unopened product, label, packaging, seals, and shipping container;
• delivery condition, relevant storage conditions, and chain-of-custody information;
• a clear factual description of the issue and when it was discovered; and
• whether the product has been opened, transferred, altered, tested, or used.

Do not return a product unless Vorzex Labs provides written instructions. Quarantine the affected product and preserve packaging and records while the concern is reviewed. Reporting a concern does not guarantee a return, replacement, credit, refund, or other remedy; the Terms & Conditions and Returns & Refund Policy apply, subject to applicable law.

14. Policy Administration and Updates

Vorzex Labs may revise this Policy to reflect changes in products, operations, law, regulatory guidance, or risk controls. The updated version will state a revised effective date and may include a version summary. Changes apply prospectively when posted or as otherwise stated, except where applicable law requires additional notice or consent.

Purchasers should review the current Policy before each order. Material changes that affect existing contractual rights will be handled in accordance with the Terms & Conditions and applicable law.
